The Men's Breastfeeding RUN 2025

This year, we’re going bigger, louder, further

The Men’s Breastfeeding Run 2025 (Men’s Edition by CAMFEB) will be held on Saturday, 22 November 2025 at the Waterfront Mall, Karen (Nairobi). This all-male road race, timed just after International Men’s Day, will feature 5 km, 10 km, and 21 km races. About 500 men (fathers, brothers, uncles, and other male caregivers) will be mobilized as champions of exclusive breastfeeding. CAMFEB will use this event to highlight that men are key partners in breastfeeding success: their active support leads to healthier children and stronger families. Through the run, participants will be encouraged to stand firm against aggressive marketing of breast-milk substitutes and to normalize breastfeeding as a shared responsibility. By “taking every step” in solidarity, men will help ensure that breastfeeding is accepted, respected, and celebrated everywhere.
